Processing Freeway 5’s HTML forms with Forms To Go

Freeway is an excelent web design software for Mac and since version 5 was released on March 2008, there were some minor dificulties processing HTML forms produced by Freeway in Forms To Go which were addressed in version 4.0.2
Forms To Go was very strict in handling HTML form fields, and an <input> field without the ‘type’ attribute was considered invalid. As the standard suggest, <input> form fields without the ‘type’ attribute should be considered of ‘text’ type.
We want to make sure that whatever software you’re using to create web forms, those forms can be handled correctly by Forms To Go. If you’ve found a form which is not correctly processed, stop by our support site and drop us a line along with the HTML form.
